This Legal Notice of the services offered at the URL www.ydilo.com (henceforth the PORTAL) has been accepted by, YDILO ADVANCED VOICE SOLUTIONS S.A. (henceforth YDILO), owner of the URL, with Corporate Tax Code A-82514522 and registered headquarters in Las Rozas (Madrid) and entered in the Commercial Register of Madrid in Volume 24.785, Folio 211, Section 8ª, Page M-245980 and Entry 59.
The user may save or print this Legal Notice at any time, and is advised to do so.
The other party, the USER browsing this portal who may, should he so wish, fill in “Contact” form provided on the PORTAL, supplying the data through this email, used exclusively to respond to queries submitted by the USER.

The portal accepts no direct or subsidiary responsibility for: quality of service, speed of access, correct functioning or the continuous availability of the portal. Damage caused to the user’s equipment by using the portal. Breach of the law, ethics and generally accepted good conduct or public order as a consequence of the transmission, diffusion, storage, availability, receipt, procurement or access to the contents. Defects of all kinds in the content transmitted, broadcast, stored or made available. Out of date data provided by the USER, or incorrect or untrue data provided while using the PORTAL services.

For the purpose of resolving disputes arising from the use of the services or products offered on the PORTAL, by accepting this Legal Notice, the parties undertake to be bound by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless a law establishes a different jurisdiction based on the nature of the relationship.
