Users currently have multiple points of access with the automated services offered by telecommunications companies and other corporations: mobile phones, fixed phones, computers, TV, consumer electronics, etc... The selection of the device to be used depends on the user’s needs and the context: available time, location, time of day, environment…...

We can access from home with an electronic device connected over a wireless network, the fixed telephone, or the television. On the way to work, we can use the hands-free kit in the car or the mobile phone on the train. After work, we can access the computer to check the status of our sessions or open cases with the companies.

Each of these accesses requires a different type of communication and interaction: voice, watch a video, interact with a graphic application etc.

It is also normal for users to use several of these accesses to use the same service of the company. In this case, the automated services must be integrated and synchronized to offer a homogeneous experience, regardless of the access point selected by the user.

A user may initiate an automatic service early in the day and track it for a period of time while the context changes: at home, travelling , at work, etc.

Ydilo’s objective is to achieve the maximum level of end users satisfaction while using automated services. Ydilo complements its Voice Recognition solutions with services based on Multimedia interactions: video calls and multimedia applications (interactive graphics). These Multimedia services allow users to access company’s automated services independently of their device, network or current context. Ydilo Multimedia’s channel proposal is unique in the sector. It  guarantees the evolution of our clients services by making the convergence of devices and networks transparent (3G, WiFi/WiMAX,…IMS).

Ydilo’s Media services offer an end-to-end solution.

Users can select the channel of interaction that is best suited to their devices and different contexts. With Ydilo’s automated services, it is also possible to combine different channels in a single session (e.g.: start a service from a mobile phone with multimedia access, and switch to voice or video call for a specific purpose).
